Terms and Conditions

  1. While at YOGAFORLIFE (hereinafter referred to as YFL) facilities, you will follow the instructions of the operators and instructors.
  2. I (or my child for child lessons; or mother and child for mother-and-child lessons) am in good health and will not be affected by the lesson program. If I am found to be unwell, I will not participate in the lesson.
  3. During lessons, I agree to always take responsibility for my own safety and to stay within my physical limits under the guidance and supervision of a YFL instructor. If I am deemed to be exceeding my limits or if I am not feeling well, the lesson will be immediately cancelled.
  4. If I have allergies, specific constitutions, heart disease, injury/illness, pregnancy, high blood pressure, congenital or acquired physical disabilities, or if I am not feeling well, I agree to go to a medical institution at my own risk and receive a diagnosis and permission from a specialist (or my doctor) before participating in lessons.
  5. In the unlikely event that I experience any changes in my physical condition during a lesson, I agree to immediately report this to the instructor, discontinue the lesson, take sufficient rest and leave safely at my own discretion and responsibility.
  6. In the unlikely event that I become injured or experience physical or mental discomfort during a lesson, I agree that I will not object to the instructor contacting emergency contacts or emergency medical facilities at their discretion.
  7. In the unlikely event that an illness, after-effect, or death occurs that is deemed to be caused by an injury or physical or mental abnormality during a lesson, I agree that I will not pursue or pursue any legal or social responsibility against the YFL management or any YFL-related parties for this reason.
  8. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or other trouble that occurs during lessons. Please be careful to manage your valuables.
